INSIGHTS

• Instagram followers increased by 120% since working together (from 900 to 1,989)

• From November 2018 (start of SP and RI's working relationship) until today (October 2020) impressions have increased by 764%, engagements by 503%, post link clicks by 1,510%. 

• Facebook fans have increased by 86% with 2,236 more page likes.

• 15% increase in ferry visitors to the island from Oct 2019 to Mar 2020 compared to 2018-2019 summer. 

• Holiday homes for 2019-2020 summer increased from 37% to 52% occupancy.

• Traffic from social media to the Rotoroa Island website increased by 191% in 2020 compared to 2019 and by 522% in 2019 compared to 2018. In 2018 there were only 522 web visitors coming from social media, in 2020 (Jan to Oct) there were 7,443.
