• This is a brand of specialty pillows that launched in October 2019, but on social media in November 2019. All social pages were set up by Social Pop — Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest.
• 65% of all e-commerce store visits are from social media.
• On Facebook, there have been 3,404,946 impressions, 123,409 engagements, and 50,937 post link clicks.
• On Instagram, there have been 2,048,444 impressions, 2,664 engagements, 924 profile actions.
• In mid-2020, Social Pop set up an email and marketing automation system that connects with Shopify. This has so far been significant in driving sales, communicating with customers, and improving conversions by linking with social media and sending out targeted content.
